Sheer Galaxy Fleece (Age: 1 year 4 months)

Sheer Galaxy, a 7/8ths Peruvian 1/8th Chilean mixed, white huacaya male is on my “watch” list of newly proven sires. If you take a look at his fleece you’ll understand why he won 6 Championships and 8 Blue Ribbons while showing:

¨ 1st Place & Color Champion, 2008 Carolina Alpaca Celebration Fleece Show.
¨ Best Brightness, 2007 PAOBA Fleece Show.
¨ 1st Place & Color Champion, 2006 Ohio AlpacaFest (Level V).
¨ 1st Place & Color Champion, 2006 Virginia Alpaca Owners & Breeders.
¨ 1st Place & Reserve Color Champion, 2006 Empire Alpaca Extravaganza (Level V).
¨ 1st Place & Color Champion, 2006 Big E.
¨ 1st Place & Color Champion, 2006 Southeastern PA Alpaca Show (SEPA).
¨ 2nd Place, 2006 AOBA National Conference

Now, his very own offspring have taken the reigns claiming Championships of their own, and winning Sheer Galaxy a ‘Get-of-Sire’ title at the 2009 Virginia Classic.

Sheer Galaxy is a boy who reminds me a lot of CCNF Archangel, who has clearly been extremely successful as well. These are two males worth watching if you are into advanced fleeces.
